You will start with a visit to the Centre for Interpretation of Olive Oil and Olive Groves, immerse yourself in the visceral world of olive oil. Then finish your day savoring a selection of traditional dishes and tapas, where you will encounter the myriad flavours and aromas offered by the various olive varieties and the oils they produce.

Our friends at Restaurants will prepare the sample menu, with a marriage of traditional and nueva cuisine in each of their dishes. In the restaurant you will find a warm and inviting atmosphere where you can enjoy real Spanish hospitality and get lost in the sensations of extra virgin olive oil.
