The Olive Grove and Olive Oil Interpretation Centre is managed by the Olive Grove and Olive Oil Association. This is nonprofit Association that seeks to transmit the passion for the olive oil world and promote the principal product of the region of Jaén through the Interpretation Centre and the activities developed in it. The Association includes public and private sectors, Olive Mills, Institutions, Restaurants, Engineering Companies, Tourism Services and many more, with the aim of promoting the Culture of the Olive Oil and the Oleotourism Sector in this Region.
