The Miller´s Breakfast

During your visit to the Centre for Interpretation you will learn all the concepts necessary to understand the harvest, making and sensory characteristics of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

If you also choose to join us for breakfast, after your visit you will get to experience the typical morning meal of an olive miller, or molinero. This normally includes fresh juice, bread, extra virgin olive oil, tomato and Ochíos (traditional artisan bread from Úbeda).

This activity lasts approximately 2.5 hours (including the visit and breakfast) and is exclusively for groups who have reserved ahead of time. Please contact us to reserve a place on the tour, or for information regarding prices and conditions.
