Here we invite you to live and experience olive oil. Like the rest of the Centre for Interpretation, it is designed to make us live the traditions of this land.

The beautiful ceramic lamps, which have won awards for their craftsmanship, are united with other traditional materials such as the hand-crafted olive wood countertops, the woven mats and wicker baskets, and our elegant wrought iron olive tree sculpture.
